Reduce, Reuse and Recycle |
As we all know Recycling is the Process of using
already used raw materials and waste products to make a completely new product
to complete whole cycle instead of destroying or throwing way the waste
product.
Through the process of recycling, one can produce a
fresh new product from the wastage like Agriculture, Forestry, Plastic, Paper, Glass,
etc.
Recycling-History
During 20th & 21st century,
we came across the Modern way of recycling of products but it is already in use
since years ago to fulfill our basic needs. But in today’s era, it’s
comparatively easy to recycle the product from wastage.
The aim behind recycling process is to generate new
product by using the wastage that keep our natural resources for future use &
even to provide opportunity of job by providing employment to people. Government
is only supporting to companies who are having tied-up with government.
Firstly the process of recycling was started by
Great Britain and then adopted by America in 1930 due to economic recession.
And because of financial recession country have to recycle and it is exercise
the same mandatory.
In 1940, Nylon, Rubber and much Metal are used to
recycle and to produce new products which were helpful in the War.
And in 1970, due to limitations of natural resources
and rising in the price of resources, it’s mandatory to recycle the raw
materials or use of wastage to produce the new product. And as we can observe
due to crisis of resources, recycling process is increases day by day since long
to regenerate alternative of resources.
Recycling-Various
methods
Recycle |
Agricultural
& Forestry waste recycling:
The most Cheapest and easy availability of
agriculture and Forestry waste which can be used to regenerate energy as an
ultimate solution to replace fuels, coal, Crude oil etc. Agricultural and
Forestry waste can be recycled into Bio fuel using some machines called Briquetting Machines. This Bio Fuel is also known as Briquettes/Bio
Coal/White Coal. It can be used for Thermal application and for heating purpose
in Industries like Rubber Manufacturing, Ceramic, Textile, Wood Industries, Chemical
Industries etc.
Wood
Recycling:
Due to more and more deforestation give rises to
soil erosion which is harmful for
our mother earth and its spoil our green atmosphere. Because of such situation, we are using wastage of
wood like Saw dust and Wood stick that produces
White Coal/Briquettes for thermal application and heating purpose.
Waste
Paper Recycling:
Because of improper usage of paper and spoiling
paper unnecessarily causes harm to our environment. But if the paper can be
recycled by reusing Industrial and commercial paper waste then one can save our
green environment and these can help to prevent cutting of trees.
Glass
Recycling:
Glass is 100% recyclable because it contains Sand,
Soda ash, Lime stone and cullet so we can use wastage of glass to manufacture
other glass products. The quality of the new manufactured glass product from
the waste remains 100% pure.
Advantages-Recycling:
- Reduces Consumption of Energy
- Help to conserve Natural Resources
- Prevents Environment from being polluted
- Creates Job opportunity
- Help to sustain Healthy Lives
Disadvantages-Recycling:
- Not always Cost Effective
- Sometimes Fails to Maintain Quality
- High Initial Coal
